Los principales par\u00e1metros de operaci\u00f3n de cada celda \u2013 voltaje, flujo de electrolito, estado de carga (SOC) y distribuci\u00f3n de la corriente dentro de la celda \u2013 se monitorizan y controlan electr\u00f3nicamente. La potencia requerida se consigue utilizando un sistema modular de celdas. El sistema es escalable hasta multi-MW, lo que lo hace ideal para aplicaciones de gran escala.<\/p>\n<p>La secci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda se compone de tanques en los que la energ\u00eda se almacena en forma electroqu\u00edmica en una soluci\u00f3n acuosa, el electrolito. La energ\u00eda puede almacenarse durante el tiempo que se requiera (kWh), desde unos pocos minutos hasta m\u00e1s de 24 horas. A diferencia de otras muchas bater\u00edas, el sistema HydraRedox no sufre auto-descarga incluso cuando se encuentra inactivo durante largos periodos de tiempo.
